1. Service Description

PimpMyRide is an AI-powered vehicle customization visualization service operated by CustomWare s.r.o. Users can upload vehicle photos, apply modification presets, and generate stylized renders and reel sequences.

2. Generated Content

All images generated by PimpMyRide are concept art and visualizations only. They do not constitute engineering specifications, technical drawings, or manufacturing blueprints. Generated renders should not be used as a substitute for professional automotive design, engineering, or safety assessment.

3. No Manufacturer Affiliation

PimpMyRide is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any vehicle manufacturer, brand, or dealership. Any vehicle brands visible in uploaded photos are the property of their respective owners.

4. Intellectual Property

• Your uploads: You retain all rights to photos you upload. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to use those images.
• Generated images: Images generated by the service are licensed to you for personal and commercial use (e.g., social media content). You may not claim the AI model itself as your creation.
• Service content: The PimpMyRide brand, UI, presets, and underlying technology remain the property of CustomWare s.r.o.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the rights to use.
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or misleading.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models or service infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage.
• Resell or redistribute the service itself.

6. Payments and Credits

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Credits included in your plan are valid for the billing period and do not roll over. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

PimpMyRide is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CustomWare s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
